Kimberly Tomlinson joined the southern Tulsa office of Chinowth & Cohen Realtors. Tomlinson was born in Suriname. After moving to the United States, she attended Oral Roberts University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education.
Prior to entering the real estate business in 2017, Tomlinson worked as an elementary school teacher and in children’s ministry. But it was her experience as a designer building new homes that led her to make the decision to become a real estate agent. Today, she brings attention to detail and design expertise to her real estate clients.
A full-service agent, Tomlinson knows residential listings in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Glenpool, Jenks, Owasso, Sapulpa, Sand Springs and Bixby, where she currently lives.
Chinowth & Cohen Realtors welcomes Drew Peters at his office in downtown Tulsa. Peters grew up downtown and attended Edison Preparatory High School. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma.

beth johnson joined the Wagoner office of Chinowth & Cohen Realtors. Johnson was born and raised in Wagoner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. She started working as an executive assistant in real estate in Florida in 2018 and still works there today.
Licensed in Florida and Oklahoma, Johnson splits her time between locations and knows residential and lake listings in Wagoner and the surrounding areas of Fort Gibson Lake, Broken Arrow, Inola and Grand Lake.
Chinowth & Cohen Realtors welcomes Chipman chip at his office in Edmond. Chipman grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications and public relations. A full-service agent, since 2003 he has been assisting buyers and sellers of residential and luxury real estate in Oklahoma City and its surrounding suburbs.
Prior to entering the real estate business, Chipman worked for nearly two decades in sales and marketing and for 11 years in the insurance profession. A 10-time multi-million dollar producer and winner of numerous other awards, he brings excellent communication, customer service, planning, organization and proven leadership skills to his real estate clients.
