Owners can also enjoy exclusive benefits at The Lodge at Saint Edward State Park, owned by Daniels Real Estate, the same development company as Graystone Condominiums. The Lodge will frequently update Graystone hotel and spa packages, dining benefits and priority invitations to exclusive events.
The Stimson family were one of the first owners on First Hill and their retreat from Woodinville is now the site of Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery Estates, one of Washington’s premier winemakers. In homage to that heritage, Graystone owners have access to exclusive winemaker dinners, personalized concierge service for their Graystone wine rack, and entry to the cellar’s seasonal Cellar Case sale.
