Bentley plans 62-story condo tower in Miami area Multifamily Real Estate News
Luxury brand Bentley Enginesin partnership with REALM-Globalplans to develop Bentley Residences, a 62-story condominium building located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Dezer development is in charge of the project, while Sieger Suarez Architects manages the design. Set to become the tallest coastal residential building in the United States, the project is expected to be completed in 2026.
The 200+ unit tower will be located at 18325 Collins Ave. and will include three-bedroom units offering garages with access via a car lift, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows. All units will also offer ocean and bay views.
The facilities, spread over three floors and covering more than 20,000 square feet, will include a lobby bar and restaurant with en-suite dining, a cinema, a cigar lounge, a fitness center and a music studio. yoga, heated pool and spa center, games room, beauty salon, landscaped gardens and exclusive beach amenities.
Ultra-luxury experience in Miami
The luxury property will be located 7.1 miles from Hollywood, Florida and less than 18 miles from downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
Bentley’s design department is involved in the design of the property, while furnishings for common areas will be provided by Bentley Home Collection.
The Bentley Residences sales team will achieve wider reach for potential buyers through REALM’s elite membership program in luxury real estate, REALM founding partner Alistair Brown said in prepared statement . Bentley Residences marks another first for the Miami market and will be a constant game-changer in the luxury industry, Dezer Development President Gil Dezer said in prepared remarks.
Last month, Madison Realty Capital provided $76 million in financing for The Related Group’s District 225, a 343-unit luxury condominium building in Miami.
